I have 3 large: If conservative tx at the podiatrist is not working, you have an option of going to a dermatologist and have liquid nitrogen treatment , if that does not work , then possibly surgical excision needs to be considered. I have had a few patients that needed a combination of freezing the warts with cryopen/laser tx for a year
