Which IUD?: I'm guessing you had a Mirena (levonorgestrel) and now your periods are much worse. Why did you have it removed? It may be worth getting another or being on another hormonal method. If you don't want to use hormones, then start using Naproxen (alleve) 2 tablets twice a day starting a day or two before your period comes.
