Lupus?: Why do you think it is lupus? Have you consulted with a rheumatologist? If so and "many tests were done" and it is still "undiagnosed" then it most likely not lupus and there is something else going on. If you have not seen a rheumatologist, then it is time to do so and to trust the advice they give you.

Is it shingles?: Usually only on on side of the body and look like red spots some may look like blisters. Shingles is react ovation of chickenpox virus. Numbness and pain typically precede rash. Treatment consists of ant viral like Acyclovir , steroids, and pain meds.
