Not allergic to anything and not in med. but i have these red bumps that itch around my breast and light bumps on my arm that doesn't itch. what is it?

Need to See: The red itchy bumps could be yeast or reaction to an underwire, but other possibilities exist as well. Unlikely to be the same as those on the arm. Best to be seen to be sure.
