2 calls: Call your Dentist to make an appointment to have the cause of the pain diagnosed and treated. It's probably an infection which will not self-heal. Untreated infection can complicate your pregnancy, your delivery, and can harm both you and your child. Second call should be to your OBGyn to ask which OTC pain med you can take until you can get in to see your Dentist. This can't wait...call now.

Toothache & pregnant: If you are pregnant and have a toothache, do not hesitate to take an appointment with your dentist notifying him/her that you are pregnant. Ignore the widely spread misconception that you should not have dental treatment during pregnancy because it could harm the fetus. See your dentist ASAP.

A visit to a dentist: Dont take medicine while you're pregnant unless specifically told to by your physician or dentist. Only your dentist knows what can be done while you are pregnant and will help determine what is the cause of your toothache.
