Frequency: Eat small amounts every 3 hours or so. This will not only help control your appetite, but will also keep you from gaining weight. Long periods between meals encourage the body to store fat and gain weight. Consider some of your intake being (raw) vegetables and dips. Increase your water drinking. Daily exercise, but easy does it so you look forward to it instead of dreading it.
