What are the side effects of diethylpropion hcl er 75mg?

Many: Possible side effects: arrhythmias, possible mentation changes and habit forming potential. I have never prescribed it, but per literature review its side effect profile is similar to Phentermine, commonly used for weight loss purposes. In my opinion the risk of using it outweighs its benefits.
