Short answer, no: I'd change the answer to yes if you have a history of seizures. However, if there is a history of seizures you need to just stop the tramadol. The other medications shouldn't predispose you to seizures. You aren't taking excessive amounts of tramadol, so i don't think you need to proactively take those medications to prevent seizure. Again, history is everything with this recommendation.
