Took 600mg of tramadol , 8 fioricet , 25 mg amitripyline , all spaced out over 24 hours. should i take clonidine or a .1 klonopin (clonazepam) to keep from seizur?

Short answer, no: I'd change the answer to yes if you have a history of seizures. However, if there is a history of seizures you need to just stop the tramadol. The other medications shouldn't predispose you to seizures. You aren't taking excessive amounts of tramadol, so i don't think you need to proactively take those medications to prevent seizure. Again, history is everything with this recommendation.
