Is it safe to wean off of 16mg subutex and 1mg klonopin simultaneously within a month? i also have clonidine and gabapentin to help with withdrawals.

Tapering off meds: I would consult with a psychiatrist/addiction specialist who can provide a specific plan for tapering off those medications as well as determine for you specifically whether it would be recommended to do so within the course of a month. It can be rather uncomfortable to come off those medications if the taper is done too quickly.
