TramadolAmitriptylin: The reported prevalence of serotonin syndrome is unknown possibly because of underdiagnosis or misdiagnosis. However, it is a potentially life-threatening condition with symptoms that can appear from 30 minutes to 48 hours after a new serotonergic medication is taken. Any drug or combinations of drugs that induce an excess of 5-ht can cause serotonin syndrome. Rec.: talk to your treating doctor.
