Unknown: Many causes of elevated liver enzymes. Could be related to the anesthetic agents used in surgery. Alcohol can do it as well as other drugs. Many people today have fatty liver due to a high carbohydrate diet. It does need to be evaluated, but i would reassure you that it doesn't relate to the surgery itself or the ovary in any direct way. good luck
