Exam: Breast self examination is very imprtant. Try changing bras to sports bras and avoid underwire bras for 2 months. Ok to use advil (ibuprofen) as needed for breast pain and have a physician examine you. Obtain a preganancy test f you have had unprotect sexual contact.
