Muscles or skeletal: First what is causing the pain? Is it under the nipple, in the breast, in the muscles under the breast, being referred to the nipple from the shoulder? Any discharge, bloody, milky, pus? Are you on birth control pills? Have you ever been pregnant? Get to your doctor who will put this puzzle together.
