Radiologic-surgical: Brain aneurysms that are susceptible to form thrombosis, meaning blood clots, can be treated by either neurosurgical clipping or neuroradiologic coiling depending on the associated neurological symptoms, location of aneurysm, and size of the aneurysm. Various radiologic techniques can be used to further evaluate these aneurysms and thus will dictate treatment options.
