Need more info: Need to know your oral habits. Smoking, red wine and staining foods can discolor teeth. Vitamins rarely affect tooth color.

Discoloration: discoloration may be due to pigments in the foods you eat, compromised oral hygiene, chromogenic bacteria, meds (including vitamins/supplements), tarter, smoking, etc. Vitamins do not whiten teeth. See Dentist for professional cleaning and discussion of whitening systems.
