Pregnant?: After pregnancy is ruled out--- wait for symptoms to resolve on their own by a week to ten days. If it is some viral infection or flu--- it could present like that. No resolution of symptoms in a week or two, i would strongly suggest to seek advice from your pcp. Thorough physical exam and labs might be needed to establish the diagnosis and treat.
