Delayed menses: A 19 yo female who had unprotected intercourse and took morning after pill 30 hours after intercourse now present with delayed menses and breasts tenderness. When plan B is taken within 72 hours after intercourse, it can reduce risk of pregnancy up to 89%. Please not there is 11% failure rate as in your case. It is prudent to take pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy in your case. Good luck.
