A few causes: for light sensitivity, which would be difficulty to determine without an eye exam. It could just be dry eyes, but there could also be inflammation in your eyes causing you to be light sensitive. See an eye doctor for an exam and they can help determine the cause and recommend the appropriate treatment. Be well.
