Is it normal to have a bit of sensitivity with your eyes after sinus surgery?

Yes: The sinuses are located close to the eyes and it is not uncommon to have some mild ocular symptoms following this surgery.

Yes probably: Sinus surgery does not affect the eyesight. However the tears do flow from the eye to the nose so might be perturbed somewhat by the surgery.
In general 'a bit of sensitivity' might be expected but not to last more than a day. If more prolonged it is wise to have the eyes examined.
