What to do if my eye drops expiration date march 16 month/year, is it still okay to use?

Yes: March of 2016 has not yet arrived, so the drops are not expired. When eye drops are past their expiration date, they are no longer guaranteed to achieve their intended effect. If you have further questions, your pharmacist can explain more.
