Puberty: If you had hypogonadism as a child you would not go through puberty or only mildly go through it. Men would not grow beards, have strong erections and have small testicles. Women would not ovulate nor produce estrogen thus would not undergo puberty with the associated hair and breast development. If its recent you would loose sex drive gain weight, if so blood tests will prove it.
