What to do if i have eczema on nails and skin issue help!?

Hand Dermatitis: Could be eczema vs. acute allergic contact dermatitis to nail polish on nails. Try avoiding nail polish and moisturize twice a day and see if lesions improve. If rash severe may require topical steroid cream. Also avoid washing hands frequently and use gloves when doing dishes. See Allergist for further workup and recommendations.

Treatment resistant hand eczema. Creams are not working, and skin on fingers is very thick, I am ashamed of my hands and hide them in public now!
