Could musturbation reduces our health/body?

No evidence: This was an old theory of religious and population behavior control. It is thoroughly discredited and there is no evidence that this is harmful except in those who masturbate from primary mental illness of which the masturbation is a symptom and not the cause.

No: It will not make you short, fat, stupid, hairy, bald, infertile, an unfit spouse / parent, or insensitive to the needs of others. All of these questions come to HealthTap on a regular basis, and it's unfortunate that there are still so many people offering disinformation intended to frighten young people. Think about that one special person in your future, and enjoy yourself.
