Pick your Parents!: Genetics count for a lot! but more seriously, most male models have extremely well developed muscles because of genetics, intense (>4 hrs a day) workouts, personal trainers, high protein diets, and sometimes questionable supplements/drugs (steroids etc.) most people can never look like that no matter what they do! a healthier focus is making the most of what you have, and highlighting your best!

Consider: working with a personal trainer. Focus on healthy diet, adequate hydration and sleep. But ALWAYS remember that it is what is on the inside that matters the most. Take care.
