Working out: at a gymnasium can be lead to increase in muscle mass (body building) and increase in physical health. Because varying activities can take place at a gymnasium there can be different focuses. For instance, one person might focus more on aerobics and someone else might focus on ^ muscle size. Some one else might have a more even focus.
