Exercise weight loss: Any regular form of exercise will aid with weight loss.M it is always a balance of calories in, versus caloris out. A regular form of exercise will boost your metabolic rate and aid with weight loss. I don't think that any magic number like 1000 is necessary. Mi always was impressed with hershel walker who did 1000 push ups and sit ups a day, but any 30 min of regular daily activity will work.
