HGH: Neither doctors or anyone else should handle HGH injections unless your HGH level is low. The long-term side effects are not in your favor. If you have not had your HGH tested a lab test for HGH would be appropriate. If it is normal don't take HGH. If it is low you need to find out why and get started on replacement which you can give to yourself.
