HGH: no. low growth hormone is common amongst patients who are panhypopituitary usually or most commonly from surgical debulking of a pituitary tumor. Many patients live most of their lives with no replacement of growth hormone. The parameters affected arenot aging but more so obesity, fatigue, decreased survival rate. Low growth hormone is very rare.
