Co morbid conditions: Need face to face evaluation bipolar disorder is a disorder of mood characterized by episodes of mania and depression ocd is an anxiety disorder characterized by intrusive thoughts of a common theme (obsessions) and compensatory compulsions (behaviors to reduce anxiety) both conditions can occur independently or together.
