? migraine: If your cause is migraine, you could also experience associated "paroxysmal vertigo", and have cognitive problems due to "Dysphrenia hemicranial transitoria" another migraine equivalent. However, see a neurologist and get evaluated to pin down precise etiology, as other causes remain in play.
