Chest pain : If short of breath despite a presumably prescribed Ventolin inhaler you may be experiencing a status asthmaticus attack in which case you should seek more immediate and urgent help including nebulizer treatment. Additionally if not status asthma you may have to consider multiple other diagnoses. So get help.
