My 3 months old does breath holding spell when shes in pain but now shes faking it when shes in tantrums is it concerning? should i ignore it?

Breath holding: This is concerning because 1. Why is she in pain? And 2. Breath holding spells are not common in kids under 6 months of age. Are you sure this is what is going on? They are more common during emotional outbursts but again at 3 months you need to make sure this is not something else that can be easily diagnosed by you provider. Please, get her evaluated soon.
