A member asked:

Will taking naltrexone on accident make you really sick?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Only if you are: opioid dependent, in which case it will put you into severe withdrawal starting within 10-15 minutes of taking the pill. If you are not on opioids, it will not do anything, other than perhaps the main side effect of feeling a little queasy. Not sure how anybody can take a pill "by accident, " and suspect there is more to your story. Naltrexone is used off-label for itching, gambling problems etc.
