Pretty much exactly: like it is spelled. NALL - TREKS - ZONE, with the accent on the second syllable. It's cousin naloxone is pronounced similarly - NALL - OX - ZONE. In the UK they pronounce many of these differently, and accent the first syllable more, and some will pronounce the last syllable more like - ZIN than ZONE. But they talk funny.
