Cheaper/Black Market: Organ Availability in the United States is highly regulated and these is a national/ state list for priorities on organs. Procedures in the US are also very expensive as compared to other countries. Sometimes people get access to organs that some people obtain through the black market, and it's probably easier to do in other countries.

Not exactly: USA is still best place for transplantation and post operative care , liver is one organ , part of it can be donated by family member. India is popular most likely , is cheaper and quicker to get it done , if family member is willing to share part f the liver , to find a suitable cadaver donor is just as hard as in USA . Lack of organ donation is a wold wide problems .
