Not everyone: Majority of world's men are uncircumcised. Many US boys prefer circumcision because most or all their friends are. True: about 4% of uncircumcised boys develop a UTI in fist 6 - 12 months of life, but 96% don't. Penile cancer, which is very rare only occurs in uncircumcised men with poor personal hygiene. Almost never in uncirc'd Scandinavian men, cos good hygiene. Circs reduce HIV in African men.
