Very little: There is very little concern with the ingestion of Fluoride during your life time. The benefits has been documented in relation to the teeth. Placing small amount of Fluoride in the water has reduced the occurrence of dental caries. In toothpaste, it reduces cavities, helps with sensitivity, and gingivitis. There is documentation of this by going to the community section of ada.Org.

That depends: If you are talking about ingesting the optional/normal amount required to prevent tooth decay, than none. When used correctly Fluoride has no health risks. If you are talking 3x the normal amount or greater then there is risk of both dental and skeletal fluorosis. Despite lots of fear-mongering there are no other proven risks and those problems are easy to avoid with correct use.
