When swallowing toothpaste ,does the fluoride damage the heart? i used to swallow toothpaste like months ago but i was just wondering.

Toothpaste: Toothpaste is formulated to be safe. Use a small amount (pea-sized portion) when you brush rather than big glob shown in t'paste ads...they are trying to sell t'paste and want you to use large amounts. Any and all Meds/supplements should be used EXACTLY as directed. So even though you did not harm yourself. Fluoride levels are safe.
