Do you know what to use for congestive cold, to dry things up or moisture to loosen and cough up?

Lots of options: For head/sinus congestion, products such as sudafed, or some non-medication solutions, such as a humidifier or nasal saline can help. For chest congestion, products such as Mucinex (guaifenesin) can help. To help with the pain of sinus pressure, Acetaminophen or Ibuprofen can be taken. If allergies are an issue, claritin, allegra, or zyrtec help. All meds above are available over the counter.
