Chronic cough: Probably not a Cold from December, but your cough is chronic and needs to be evaluated for the cause of it. See a Dr. and you may even need some testing including a C-Xray for a 6 month cough. best wishes.

Causes for cough...: There are many conditions that can cause cough. In this case already chronic already. The two most common reasons are allergies and acid reflux.However it all depends on what other symptoms you are experiencing. There are also certain meds that can cause cough( ACE inhibitors).My recommendation is to follow up with your doctor and check if you need testing depending on other symptoms you may have.
