Cluster HA triggers : The specific cause and pathophysiology of cluster headaches isn't known. The season is the most common trigger for cluster. Foods high in nitrites like bacon and preserved meats. Some other triggers are alcohol, especially beer, and cigarette smoking. Hope it helps.
