HEADACHE: Cluster headache is unilateral, excruciating, same time each day lasting 30 mins. To 1 hour, periorbital to temporal with lacrimation and nasal congestion. Toothache depends on location of the dental problem.

Anything is possible: I have had patients who blame their bum tooth on everything but generally speaking a toothache is a toothache. The tooth hurts locally. Is'pose if the infection spreads, the pain can spread also. A cluster headache, i don't think so. Good luck!

Absolutley: Tooth pain commonly causes headaches, ear aches, and can make you sick. Often times an infected tooth will cause your chewing muscles to be strained from clenching. When muscles in the face become strained it will cause headaches.
