Second nature poison: Hi..agree that compulsive liars lie out of habit; can get to the point that it becomes second nature. Awesome that you're inquiring because lying violates expectations of honesty and trust and may poison your relationships. Also agree that therapy can be helpful in addressing the addictive aspect of the behavior or the underlying personality disorder, if that is present. Good luck with this!
