When was cancer first discovered?

Long time ago: There are some egyptian papyri that deal with medical issues. Mostly they have to do with trauma but bone cancer and female organ cancers were mentioned (or at least sounds like they were talking about it). It may have been known for longer but not recognized as such. It was less frequent too. Cancer is more common as we age and people did not live as long in ancient times.
