I doubt if there is : There is no relationship of one child having cancer on the risk of developing cancer in future children. I would assure you 99.99 percent that it is not going to happen again. So go ahead and have a completed family if you desire to have any more children.

Difficult issue: Even though your chances of having another kid with any cancer are remote, the impact of such a profound loss on a family is difficult. Becoming part of a grief support group or pursuing personal counseling can help soothe some of the pain. You must get past the point where the grief holds you in a feeling of helplessness to feel up to trying parenting again. Good luck.

Very unlikely: But, if you are worried about this (and it sounds like you are), you should make an appointment with a genetics counselor to go over other possible risk factors for cancers like this cropping up in your family.
