Short answer, yes: As long as your cholesterol is ok, i don't see why not. Eggs have been disproven to cause a significant elevation of cholesterol, and in fact are an excellent source of protein. Stay away from fried versions, though, but even that once in a while is safe for most people. By the way, i'm eating about the same and working out 3-4 times a week. I'll find out my cholesterol on monday...
