I have ibs. diarrhea finally let up after a month of having it more days than not. why do i feel even worse? my rlq is super tender and i've got pain and nausea all over. trouble even passing gas :-/.

Ibs: Suggest a long acting opioid to control pain with diarrhoea. But may need to get off Adderall and Prozac (fluoxetine) . . There isa also a new drug approved for ibs . Ask your gastroenterologist.
