Can any thing be taken with wellbutrin (bupropion) it was working ok now i feel very down again?

Talk to your MD: A dose increase may help depending on your current dose and tolerability. Augmentation with another agent is an option. Adjunctive treatment options include Abilify (aripiprazole) and seroquel. You should discuss with your md.

Recurrent Depression: First you would want to maximize the dose of wellbutrin that you are taking before considering adding another antidepressant or switching to another agent. Generally, ssri antidepressants like prozac, celexa, Paxil (paroxetine) or zoloft are used to augment wellbutrin. They are generally safe to use with relatively few side effects.
