SEVERE toothache: In these types of situations, unfortunately only a dentist can give you the quickest and long-lasting relief. The only alternative you have is a 24/7 emergency medical facility or the er of a hospital. They will end up referring you to a dentist anyway. Why can't you get to a dentist?

Meds, ER, dentist: OTC meds, ER for pain meds (expensive option). You'll have to see a dentist soon for evaluation/treatment.
