Read many conflicting reports about stress and iop increase. how stress influences iop for 1) glaucoma, 2) ocular hypertensive and 3) normal person?

Not a factor: It is generally believed that stress and emotion do not influence eye pressure and do not contribute to glaucoma. The same would presumably be true for ocular hypertensive patients.
